A pair of commemorative five-pound coins presented in protective display cases. The first coin is a 2006 Tristan da Cunha issue celebrating the 80th birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. The obverse features a portrait of the monarch with the inscription ELIZABETH II TDC FIVE POUNDS 2006. The reverse depicts a circular arrangement of heraldic trumpets and is inscribed COMMEMORATING THE 80th BIRTHDAY OF QUEEN ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REG FD. The second coin is a 1999 British Millennium five-pound coin. The obverse displays the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait of Queen Elizabeth II inscribed ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 1999. The reverse features a clock face design with the hands pointing to midnight, inscribed 2000 FIVE POUNDS ANNO DOMINI 1999. Both coins are housed in individual vinyl sleeves within blue and black folding protective cases.
