Another Great Auction 26th February
A Capodimonte porcelain figurine of a child altar boy, also known as a chierichetto. The figure is modeled with dark textured hair tied in a topknot and expressive facial features. The subject is depicted wearing an ivory-colored tunic with orange accents over an orange skirt, holding a candle in one hand and a small book in the other. The underside of the base features a blue underglaze crowned N mark with radiating lines and an incised signature reading Ronchi.
