This Victorian sterling silver beaker features ornate repousse decoration depicting scrolling foliage and floral motifs, centered by a vacant rococo-style cartouche. The interior is parcel-gilt. The vessel stands on a circular, stepped foot accented with a beaded border. The underside of the base bears a full set of London hallmarks, including the lion passant, leopard’s head, Queen Victoria’s duty mark, and the date letter i for 1824. The maker’s mark RR is attributed to Robert Roskell.??
