Another Great Auction 26th February
This collection of mid-century art glass vases includes an L.E. Smith swung glass vase in the Simplicity pattern. The swung vase is characterized by an amber to dark brown gradient, vertical ribbing, and an irregular, multi-pointed rim. Also included is a bulbous, light blue opalescent glass vase featuring a vertical swirl texture and a flared rim. This vessel is supported by an applied clear glass multi-footed base. Both items are fashioned from molded and hand-finished glass. No maker’s marks or signatures are readily apparent.
