Another Great Auction 26th February
This collection features a set of Sutherland bone china teacups and saucers manufactured in England. The porcelain pieces are designed with pale pink interiors and white exteriors decorated with a transfer-printed wheat motif and gold-toned accents on the rims, handles, and feet. The undersides bear the backstamp Sutherland HSM Bone China Made in England. Accompanying the tea service is a large ceramic decorative centerpiece realistically modeled as an assortment of fruit, including a pear, orange, lemon, and banana, arranged with green leaves and walnuts. The lot also contains several decorative sculpted pink and white candles and a small circular ornamental object featuring a central floral scene.
