This framed religious relief artwork depicts Our Lady of Perpetual Help in a traditional Byzantine-influenced style. The central composition features polychrome and gilded relief-molded figures, likely of plaster or resin, showing the Virgin Mary and the Christ Child flanked by two angels. These figures are mounted on a tan, mesh-textured fabric ground that is further embellished with dried botanical accents. The piece includes Dutch text in a dark Gothic script reading Onze Lieve Vrouw van altijd durende bijstand, along with a banner inscribed with the Latin ORA PRO NOBIS and various Greek abbreviations for the sacred figures. The work is housed in a glazed, dark reddish-toned wooden frame.
