A limited edition architectural print by John Bird, depicting the Grand Theater in Doncaster. The work is a reproduction of a watercolor painting in a realist style, capturing the ornate facade of the building. The print is hand-signed J. Bird in the lower right margin and includes a printed signature and date of 96 within the image. It is numbered 115/250 in the lower left margin. The piece is housed in a glazed, stepped frame with a mahogany-toned finish and a gilt inner border. An information sheet from Era Prints is attached to the reverse, providing historical details about the theater, which was built in 1899, and biographical information on the artist.
