Another Great Auction 26th February
A collection of various framed artworks and prints featuring diverse subjects and media. The group includes a black and white botanical photograph of an oak leaf after Karl Blossfeldt and a minimalist line drawing print titled Head in left profile with chignon after Amedeo Modigliani (1884-1920). Also present is a small watercolor landscape titled Linlithgow Loch & Palace – 1983 signed by Alastair B. Wade. Other pieces include an aerial photograph of a residential village, a botanical illustration of flowers and a butterfly, and a garden scene in a dark wood frame featuring a brass plaque. The collection contains several additional watercolor landscapes. The artworks are housed in a variety of frames ranging from simple wood to gilt-edged designs, most with internal mounts.
