Another Great Auction 26th February
A collection of British and international coinage, featuring various 20th-century commemorative issues and circulated denominations. The group includes several commemorative crowns, notably the 1965 Winston Churchill issue and the 1981 Royal Wedding issue for the Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer. Also present is a Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother 80th birthday commemorative crown housed in a blue presentation folder. The lot contains loose cupro-nickel and bronze coins alongside two bagged groups with handwritten labels identifying them as Half Crowns, Shillings, Sixpences, and a Threepenny bit, and a separate bag of Foreign Coins. Materials consist of cupro-nickel, bronze, and copper.
