Another Great Auction 26th February
Two 1:200 scale die-cast metal model aircraft from the Aviation 200 series, both depicting the Armstrong Whitworth Argosy. The first model is finished in a grey and white livery with red accents and Royal Air Force roundels, identified by its packaging as an A&AEE Boscombe Down aircraft. The second model features a tan and brown camouflage pattern with Royal Air Force markings. Both models are secured within their original clear plastic blister packaging. One model includes its original red and white retail box, which is labelled with Art No.: AV2ARG001. The aircraft feature a four-engine, twin-boom design characteristic of the type.
