A 7-inch Regency style door knocker featuring a neoclassical lion head mascaron. The piece is designed with a stylized mane and a heavy circular drop-ring handle secured to the sides of the head. The construction is of heavy cast metal, exhibiting a traditional figural form. No maker marks or signatures are visible on the surface.
