A Wright Studios cast iron mallard duck doorstop, repurposed and mounted as a wall-hanging sculpture. The figure is depicted in a downward diving pose, featuring a polychrome painted finish in various colours including green, gold, and brown. The duck is set upon a textured cast metal base with gilded scrollwork accents. The entire assembly is fixed to a rectangular wooden plaque with a clear finish. The piece stands 9 inches in height.
