Another Great Auction 26th February
This oak gate leg dining table is constructed in the late 17th-century style. It features a rectangular center section flanked by two semi-circular drop leaves that form an oval top when fully extended. The table is supported by six barley-twist turned legs joined by rectangular stretchers. Two of the legs function as swinging gates to support the leaves. The piece exhibits a prominent wood grain under a medium to dark oak finish.
