Another Great Auction 26th February
A collection of silver plated and metal tablewares and decorative objects. The group is centered by a large oval silver plated tray featuring intricate foliate chasing to the well, a central unengraved cartouche, and a gadrooned border. Accompanying the tray is a coordinating teapot with chased decoration and a black handle and finial. The lot includes several circular lidded containers with embossed motifs, a tall stemmed goblet, and a set of coasters in a matching holder. A blue-lined presentation case contains a set of small spoons labeled Gibsons Plate. Additional items include a decorative horseshoe, a small model airplane on a stand, a glass ashtray with a metal rim, a small shallow dish, and various loose spoons, including one with a textured handle.
