A McCoy pottery figural planter featuring a frog perched upon the rim of a cylindrical vessel. The exterior of the vessel is designed with a textured bark-like finish and relief-moulded green foliage. The frog and foliage are finished in a glossy green glaze, while the main body is coated in a matte brown glaze. The interior and base are finished with a smooth, pale olive glaze. There are no visible maker’s marks on the underside.
