Another Great Auction 12th March 2026
A collection of silver plated and steel flatware and serving pieces, primarily dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. The group includes several stacked tablespoons with rounded terminals, a pair of sugar tongs, and a small ladle. Notable items include a decorative serving spoon featuring a detailed repoussé fruit and floral motif to the bowl and a commemorative spoon marked CORONATION 1911. Also present is a knife with a light-coloured handle, possibly bone or celluloid, and a slender implement stamped STEEL. The pieces show various decorative styles including scrollwork and floral patterns to the handles.
