A pair of matching bookends featuring stylised carved elephant figures. The items are constructed from wood with a polished black finish, mounted on L-shaped bases with bevelled edges. Each elephant is accented with contrasting light-coloured tusks. The design reflects Art Deco stylistic influences and resembles early 20th-century hand-carved examples. No maker’s marks or signatures are present.
