A mid-20th-century vintage doctor’s medical case featuring a black textured exterior with a top carry handle and metal hardware. The interior opens to reveal several tiered, tan-lined storage compartments and a pocket containing various medical ephemera. The collection of contents includes an Artificial Respiration using the Brook airway information handbook and official UK vaccination certificates. Also present are multiple glass apothecary bottles, including a Mackenzie smelling bottle and clear bottles with ground glass stoppers, alongside several boxes of vintage ampoule medications including Paraldehyde and Mersalyl B.D.H. The lot further includes various medical instruments such as surgical scissors and forceps, and a smaller internal case marked Brandon, Leatherhead, Leeds.
