A brass wind instrument by John Packer Ltd constructed from yellow brass with nickel-silver tuning slides and valve sections. The instrument features four top-action piston valves and is engraved on the bell with the manufacturer mark, JOHN PACKER LTD. MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, alongside the JP logo. The instrument is designed as a compact euphonium or tenor tuba. Several numerical inventory tags are adhered to the exterior tubing.
