A framed limited edition aviation art print titled Enemy Coast Ahead by M.A. Kinnear (N.A.P.A., A.S.A.A.), dated 1995. The work depicts a formation of Avro Lancaster bombers, specifically aircraft W4118 (ZN-Y) piloted by Wing Commander G.P. Gibson, C.O. of 106 Squadron, en route to the attack on the Schneider Armament works at Le Creusot on 17th October 1942. The print features an integrated historical caption and a printed remarque-style illustration of a Lancaster bomber to the lower margin. The piece is hand-signed by the artist in pencil to the lower-left margin and hand-numbered 151/500 to the lower-right margin. The print is housed in a moulded gilt-finished frame under glass.
