A Y-shaped industrial fire hose fitting, also known as a dividing breeching, constructed from cast aluminium alloy. The component features a single primary inlet branching into two secondary outlets, each equipped with quick-connect style couplings. The exterior surface retains vestigial traces of an original red paint finish, which has been largely abraded to reveal the underlying metal. The form is consistent with Bauer-style intake fittings utilised in industrial and firefighting applications. No manufacturer stamps, model numbers, or maker marks are visible on the exterior surfaces. The interior of one outlet port contains an orange-coloured residue or oxidisation.
