An isometric exercise device featuring a telescoping chrome-plated metal frame fitted with tan plastic handles and two plastic-coated steel cables. The central cylinder contains an integrated scale titled MUSCLOMETRE with numerical increments from 60 to 175. One handle features a graphic decal depicting various exercise positions in white against a black background. The device operates via an internal spring-loaded resistance mechanism.
