A wooden boxed printing set featuring a rectangular weathered case with a brass hook latch and hinges. The interior lid contains a worn and partially torn paper label with the text STANDARD STAMP and NEW PATTERN. The interior is divided into a gridded section for the organisation of metal typeset character blocks and a larger open compartment. The set includes a turned wooden stamp handle, various metal character blocks with raised alphanumeric characters, and circular metal components. Some components are housed in modern plastic bags.
