Another Great Auction
A vintage Longines dress wristwatch, circa 1950s. The circular dial, finished in a cream or silver tone, features applied gold-tone hour markers with Arabic numerals at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o’clock positions. The dial is signed Longines below the 12 o’clock position and features the winged hourglass logo. It includes gold-tone dauphine hour and minute hands and a red-tipped central seconds hand. The case is 10ct gold filled, with the marking 10K GOLD FILLED visible on the case back. The watch is mounted on a brown textured leather strap with a gold-tone pin buckle. The movement is a mechanical manual wind type.
