The piece illustrates the character in a green flat cap, black suit, and green tie, positioned beside a grey slotted bench and a brown satchel. The underside of the circular base is marked ANDY CAPP, © 1998 Mirror Group Newspapers Ltd, and WADE England. The original plastic stopper is present to the base.
