A Beswick England ceramic liquor bottle figurine produced in 1979 for Beneagles Blended Scotch Whisky, depicting a Merlin bird of prey. Modelled by J.G. Tongue, the naturalistic figure is rendered in a high-gloss glaze with a colour palette of white, grey, black, and yellow, shown perched on a textured green and grey base. The underside is marked with the product name, company details for Peter Thomson (Perth) Ltd., the modeller’s name, the date, and the manufacturer’s mark. The piece features a plastic stopper in the base.
